ABOUT
The Joplin Metro Corporate Challenge is the area's only, three-week Olympic-inspired employee engagement event that brings together large and small companies and organizations. From team sport participation to volunteer opportunities, your staff will use structured games that encourage team building, inspire cooperation, and supercharge health & wellness.
Most events occur at the Missouri Southern State University campus, Joplin Schools, Tee Time Webb City, and 4th Street Bowl.
Employees will have the chance to collaborate outside of the usual “office” settings.
Teams will have the opportunity to network with other local companies.
Participants are encouraged to represent their company by showcasing their physical fitness skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while having a blast!

2026 CORPORATE CHALLENGE CHARITY PARTNER - BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF SWMO
Joplin Metro Corporate Challenge is proud to partner with Boys and Girls Club of SWMO! One hundred dollars from each company’s entry fee will support the Boys and Girls Club of SWMO —They provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters their doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

The Events
Joplin Metro Corporate Challenge brings the spirit of the Olympics to a local playing field.
We offer many team events! Each event is scored and points are awarded to each participating team.
The company with the most points is the corporate challenge winner and receives the 1st place trophy!
Winners from each event will also be recognized.
Event Selection: Sign-up and select only the events you want to participate in.
Companies may choose to participate in all events, or select individual events. Even though participating in select events is welcomed, keep in mind it may decrease your chances for winning the overall team championship.

About SET Ranch and Prosperity Club
SET Ranch is the vision of one local family who wanted to level the playing field for Joplin's low income and minority community members so that they may prosper physically, spiritually, and financially. The nonprofit organization empowers these community members by connecting them to resources to help them live, work, and thrive in their neighborhoods. They provide low cost and free programs for health and fitness, financial planning and building, career placement and advancement, along with recreation and entertainment activities.
